Worldwide Shipping Cost: $35
DHL Shipping: $25 — Shipment will arrive in 5–7 business days from the moment your order is completed.
All international shipments are tracked via DHL.
- DHL Express: Customs tax not included. A signature is required for Express shipments.
- DHL Economy: Customs tax not included. Estimated transit time: 8–12 business days (excluding any customs delays).

Quality Control & Store Credit
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers.
If you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately at order.mimanera@gmail.com with images of the defects, within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed.
Store credit payments are non-refundable, as they are provided via a one-time code. If store credit is issued due to return rejection or for any other reason, it cannot be converted back into a refund.
Returns
We’re sorry your items didn’t work out!
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to postmark your item for return.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Returns must be sent back with original packaging.
- Once received and approved, your refund will be credited to the same form of payment used at checkout.
- Return shipping fee: 20₪
- Cancellation fee: 5% of the order value or 100₪ (whichever is lower)
Alternatively, you may choose to receive your refund as full store credit to be used on your next purchase.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item, please email us at order.mimanera@gmail.com with your request.
- Exchange requests must be made within the 14-day return window.
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Exchange delivery fee: 40₪
- Items purchased on sale, pre-order, or special orders are not eligible for exchange.
Once your exchange is approved, an automatic email will be sent to complete the process.
Deliveries are handled by HFD courier service according to their current delivery times.
Important Information
- Mimanera reserves the right to refuse returns that are received after the return deadline, or if the garments are not in the same condition as they were sent — including signs of wear, damage, or missing tags.
- Refunds may be withheld until the items are received by us or proof of return is provided.
Please ensure returned items are securely packaged, with original tags attached and no signs of wear or stains.
We will not be able to accept damaged or worn items for return or exchange.
