We're so sorry your items didn't work out!

You have 14 days from the day you recive your order to postmark your item for return. Your refund will be credited to the same fomof payment used to make the purchase. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original conditions with all tags attaced. All items being returned must also be accompanied by the original packaging. Depending on availability, we also happy to offer exchanges for items returned in the aforementioned original condition. we do not currently offer returns or exchanges on ointernational orders.

פריטים שנרכשו במסגרת מבצע או סייל אינם ניתנים להחזרה או להחלפה. עם זאת, במקרה של ביטול עסקה בהתאם לחוק הגנת הצרכן, יינתן זיכוי קרדיט לרכישה באתר בלבד, ולא החזר כספי. הזיכוי יישלח אליך עם החזרת הפריט בהתאם לתנאי ההחזרות המפורטים באתר.

תיאום ההחלפה מתאפשר במסגרת מדיניות ההחזרות עד 14 ימי עסקים ובמקרה של פריטי סייל עד 7 ימי עסקים ובתוספת שליחות החזר בסך 40 ש"ח. לא תתאפשר החלפה על פריטים שהוזמנו בהתאמה אישית או פריטים הנמצאים תחת קטגוריה של מוצרים סופיים (Final Sale)

 מיד עם אישור ההחלפה ישלח מייל אוטמטי להשלמת התהליך. ביצוע ההחלפה ואספקתו מתבצעת על ידי חברת השליחויות איץ אפ די ועל פי הזמנים שהם מספקים לאספקת המשלוח נכון לאותה העת.
קיבלת את המשלוח והחלטת להחזיר את הפריט? שלחי מייל או כתבי בצ׳ט באתר עם פירוט הבקשה לש.הלקוחות
 .עם אישור ההחזרה יתבצע הנפקת משלוח איסוף בהתאם למדינות החזרה בעלות משלוח החזר של 40₪ ו-5% או 100₪ (הנמוך מבניהם) על ביטול העסקה. ובמידה ותרצי במקום החזר כספי, קרדיט לאתר, הסכום ישמר לזכותך במלואו לרכישה הבאה.

במידה ובחרת בהחזרה יש לבחור בין שתי אופציות:

קרדיט לאתר - על פריטים מקולקציה חדשה תקבלי קרדיט בעבור הסכום המלא ללא הגבלת זמן לרכישה באתר ובעבור פריטי סייל בהורדת עלות המשלוח (40₪ ועמלה 5%) כפי שמופיע במדיניות ההחזרות
זיכוי לאשראי - תקבלי זיכוי לאשראי איתו בוצעה העסקה בניכוי 5% עמלת סליקה או 100 ש"ח
הנמוך בניהם ובניכוי שליחות ההחזר בסך 20 ש"ח
ברגע אישור ההחזרה יש להכין את הפריטים באריזתם המקורית ולשים לב כי לא הוסרו מהם תוויות המקור ושלא נעשה בהם שימוש או הוכתמו בעת המדידה. פריטים שניזוקו לא תתאפשר  עליהם החלפה, יש לבדוק לפני שליחת הפריטים
